Yes. We are licensed for the trades we perform, bonded, and carry general liability and workers’ compensation. We can email certificates before a visit.
The standard service visit covers the first hour on site, including diagnosis. If we cannot start work the same visit, you still know what is wrong and what it will cost.
Most non-emergency jobs book within a few days. Same-week is common. Plumbing and electrical emergencies are dispatched 24/7.
For interior work, yes — or leave a responsible adult. Outdoor jobs can sometimes be done with lockbox access; ask when you book.
We can source quality fixtures or install what you purchased. We do not install unsafe or incompatible owner-supplied parts without saying so first.

Workmanship is guaranteed for two years. Manufacturer warranties on parts still apply. Abuse, unrelated leaks, or owner modifications are not covered.
