By requesting a quote, booking, or hiring Northstar Handyman Co., you agree to these terms.

Estimates

Quotes are based on the information you provide and what is visible at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, code issues, or owner-supplied parts may change the price. We will stop and tell you before extra work proceeds.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are estimates. We communicate delays. Emergency fees apply outside published hours.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may require a deposit on larger material orders.

Warranty

Workmanship is guaranteed for two years from completion. Parts follow manufacturer warranties. The guarantee excludes misuse, unrelated failures, and work altered by others.

Access & safety

You will provide safe access, working utilities, and a suitable work area. We may refuse work that is unsafe or outside our license.

Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific job, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
